Measure your impact: summer sprint

You design and run programs. Now show you're driving change.

Join a small cohort of L&D practitioners for four practical online sessions this summer — and leave with a ready-to-go impact one-pager for a real program you're working on.

Your challenge

You know your programs make a difference. But when a stakeholder asks "what was the impact?" — the honest answer is: you're not sure how to show it.

You care about measurement. But your program wasn't set up for it from the start. Your stakeholders didn't have enough time, the business goal was vague, the data collection wasn't a priority, and now you're running the program and wondering how you're going to share the impact you're making. Maybe you even got started setting up impact measurement, but there are so many things to do and to decide on. What actually works, and how to do this efficiently? You got a bit overwhelmed and thought "I'll tackle that later".

Sound familiar?

What it is

Measure your impact: summer sprint is a four-session online cohort for L&D practitioners who want to show the real value of their program.

Each session is built around one framework I use with my clients. You'll apply it directly to a real program you bring to the sprint — so by the end, you'll have not just learnt a methodology, you'll have done the work.

You'll reflect, discuss with peers, use AI tools, and get hands-on coaching from me.

What you walk away with

A completed measurement plan and impact one-pager for the strategic program you're working on — ready to share with your stakeholders.

Not a template to fill in later. Not a draft to clean up. Three completed steps that help you to tell a simple and evidence-based story about the change your program is driving.

Plus the skills to do this again — for every program you run from here.

The sprint

Before we start

You'll complete an impact scan to help you understand your strengths and opportunities as an impact driver in your organisation. Then we'll have a 1-hour intake call together — to reflect on your current situation, talk about the program you're bringing to the sprint, and set your goals.

Session 1 — Line of sight

Thursday 9 July, 2–3:30pm CEST

We start with the foundation: connecting your program to the business goals. Articulating this link clearly and concisely will set you up for success in the program and beyond.

Session 2 — Measurement plan

Thursday 23 July, 2–3:30pm CEST

What will you measure, when, and how? I'll help you turn your line of sight into a concrete measurement plan that works in the real world — including when stakeholders are busy, data is patchy, and your participants are ignoring emailed surveys.

Session 3 — Impact one-pager

Thursday 13 August, 2–3:30pm CEST

You'll draft your impact one-pager: a single-page document that tells the story of your program's impact in a way that will land with your stakeholders. If you haven't collected all the data you need (yet), we'll generate realistic dummy data so you can prepare properly.

Session 4 — Share and celebrate

Thursday 27 August, 2–3:30pm CEST

You'll share your impact one-pager with the group. We'll give feedback, celebrate how far we've come, and talk about what happens next.

All sessions are recorded, so if life gets in the way, we'll figure it out together.

Between sessions

You'll have three check-ins with an accountability buddy to keep momentum going between sessions. You'll help each other by sharing your in-progress work and the challenges you're up against. I curate the buddy pairs and the cohort group, so you're learning alongside people who are in it with you.

After the summer

We'll meet again in mid-November. By then, you'll have had the chance to road-test your measurement plan with real stakeholders and real data. We'll reflect on what worked and what you'd do differently.

Who is this for?

For L&D practitioners leading a strategic learning program — at any stage: whether you're still in discovery, running the program now, or wrapping up and wondering what to show for it.

For those who keep meaning to properly tackle impact measurement — maybe you've bought a book, saved some articles, added it to next quarter's goals. It keeps slipping.

For those working in messy contexts: where business priorities shift, stakeholders are stretched, you don't spend as much time with your target audience as you'd like, and the data you get from providers is variable in quantity and quality.

You're ready to commit around two hours a week across the summer to making real progress on something that matters to you.

If you're looking for a theoretical grounding in evaluation models, this isn't it. If you want to walk away with a finished one-pager for a real program, it is.

About me

I'm Bo, and I help L&D professionals and their organisations measure whether the work they're doing is actually making a difference.

I've spent years working with learning teams who care deeply about the programs they run — and who feel stuck when it comes to measuring and communicating their impact. The data is hard to get. Stakeholders want delivery, not dashboards. Impact measurement keeps getting pushed to "when things calm down."

Things don't calm down. That's why I designed this as a summer sprint: a fixed window, a small group, and real work on a real program. Not a course you'll finish one day. A thing you'll actually do.

I'm building Impact Flywheel — helping L&D teams build the evidence base their work deserves.
